Fair-use traffic guards: free accounts get 1 GB/month and free links allow 3,000 requests and 2 GB per hour, with 200k requests/day across free links. Pro gets 20 GB/month and 50,000 requests and 10 GB per link/hour; Team gets 100 GB/month. The guards keep a single link from running up an unbounded bill.
A view is one token exchange: the first time a visitor opens a link or invite and receives the session cookie. Reloads and asset requests with the cookie are not counted again.
Yes on Pro (1 domain) and Team (3 domains). Add a CNAME for the hostname returned by preview domain; Cloudflare for SaaS handles the certificate. Extra domains are $1/mo each.
Free and anonymous links are served from preview-my.work, which keeps their reputation separate from billing and email. Pro and Team links default to preview-my.app and can opt into preview-my.work with --domain work. Custom domains replace either.
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is collected at checkout; after 14 days it renews at $19/mo. Cancel before the trial ends to stay on Free.
Email legal@preview-my.app before your renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and the next renewal is cancelled in Stripe.
When a paid plan ends, its links and persistent agents are revoked and the Free limits apply again. Export or re-create anything you need before the plan ends.
No. A viewer opens the signed link and gets a scoped cookie. There are no viewer accounts, invitations to an identity provider, or per-seat charges on any plan.
No, plans are monthly only. There is no annual discount.
